Everbuild Everflex Lead Mate Sealant Grey 295ml is a specialist neutral‑cure, low‑modulus silicone sealant engineered for exceptional adhesion to soft metals and challenging roofing joints. Unlike traditional mortars, Lead Mate is formulated to bond with lead, copper, zinc, brass and similar soft metals without staining or corrosion, making it ideal for roofing and flashing applications.
This grey sealant delivers excellent flexibility, weather resistance, and long‑term performance in exterior environments, providing a durable waterproof seal around joints and metal flashings. It is also highly resistant to plasticiser migration and can be painted over once cured for a professional finish.
